Terms & Conditions

1. Card Fees and Funding – Daily shopping and Fixed Savings profiles

1.1. Initial Registration Fee (Primary Card)

Upon signing up for a primary SuperCard account (reloadable, registered to a Cardholder profile), the Cardholder must pay a once-off Initial Registration Fee of R40.00 (fourty South African Rand). This fee covers the cost of Card production and activation into the SuperCard closed-loop system. This fee is non-refundable, except in cases where SuperCard is unable to activate the Card due to technical failure. (Note: This fee does NOT apply to SuperCard Gift Cards, as detailed in Section 8.5.)

1.2. Transaction Fees (POS Usage)

The Cardholder shall incur no transaction fees or service charges directly imposed by SuperCard for the use of the Card to process purchases at participating retail merchant points-of-sale (POS).

1.3. Card Funding Methods and Associated Fees

The Card may be loaded with value using the following methods:

  • (a) Cash Deposit at Retailer POS: Cash deposits made by the Cardholder at participating retailer POS terminals for the purpose of loading value onto the Card will be processed free of charge to the Cardholder by SuperCard.
  • (b) Traditional Bank Card via Retailer POS: The Cardholder may load value onto the Card using a traditional bank card (debit or credit card) at a participating retailer POS terminal. This funding method is subject to the conditions in Section 1.3(d).
  • (c) SuperCard Mobile App via 3D Secure Gateway: The Cardholder may load value onto the Card using a traditional bank card within the SuperCard Mobile App via the integrated 3D Secure payment gateway. This funding method is subject to the conditions in Section 1.3(d).
  • (d) Third-Party Fees Disclaimer for Bank Card Funding: SuperCard utilises third-party payment gateways and systems to facilitate bank card funding.

SuperCard is not responsible for, nor does it control, any fees or charges imposed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank or card network (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or the third-party payment gateway or processor. Any such external fees or charges have no connection with the closed loop payment system provided by SuperCard.

1.4. Ongoing Account Fees (Primary Card)

  • (a) Annual Maintenance Fee: SuperCard levies an Annual Renewal Fee of R20.00 (twenty South African Rand) to cover the costs associated with maintaining the active status of the Card account. This fee will be automatically deducted from the Card’s available balance every twelve (12) months from the original Card activation date. Legacy card profiles registered before 2024 are subject to a monthly account fee of R2.00 (two South African Rand) deducted each month, and these legacy card profiles are not subject to the Annual Renewal Fee of R20.00 (twenty South African Rand).
  • (b) Card Replacement Fee: A Card Replacement Fee of R40.00 (fourty South African Rand) will be levied against the Cardholder’s account balance for the replacement of a Card due to it being reported as lost, stolen, or damaged.

2. Card Security, Loss, and Liability

2.1. Cardholder Responsibilities

The Cardholder is responsible for the safe-keeping and security of the SuperCard and any associated login details (including, but not limited to, PINs, passwords, and Mobile App credentials). The Cardholder must:

  • Treat the SuperCard as if it were cash.
  • Never disclose their PIN or other security details to anyone, including family members, SuperCard staff, or retailer staff.
  • Take all reasonable steps to prevent the loss, theft, or unauthorised use of the SuperCard.
  • Keep the SuperCard and Mobile App login details separate at all times. Retain all till slips (proof of purchase) and deposit receipts as primary evidence of both loading funds onto the Card and purchases made with the Card. Failure to provide such records may hinder SuperCard’s ability to successfully resolve transaction disputes.

2.2. Reporting Loss or Theft

In the event that the SuperCard is lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, the Cardholder must immediately notify SuperCard. Notification can be done via the SuperCard Mobile App (utilising the instant block function) or the Customer Service Hotline by calling the dedicated number 0800 333 991.

2.3. Liability for Unauthorised Transactions

  • (a) Before Reporting: The Cardholder is fully liable for all unauthorised transactions that occur before SuperCard receives notification of the loss, theft, or compromise of the Card, provided that the loss resulted from the Cardholder’s gross negligence (e.g., writing the PIN on the Card), fraudulent activity or willful misconduct, or failure to comply with any of the Cardholder Responsibilities set out in Section 2.1.
  • (b) After Reporting: SuperCard shall be responsible for all unauthorised transactions that occur after the Cardholder has successfully reported the loss, theft, or compromise of the Card and SuperCard has confirmed the Card has been blocked.

2.4. Card Replacement Fee

A fee of R40.00 (fourty South African Rand) will be levied against the Cardholder’s account balance for the replacement of a Card due to it being reported as lost, stolen, or damaged. This fee covers the administrative and production costs associated with issuing a new physical Card. The fee must be successfully deducted from the existing Card balance before the new replacement Card can be issued.

2.5. Investigating Disputes

SuperCard reserves the right to investigate any claim of unauthorised transactions or disputed deposits. SuperCard may require the Cardholder to provide a sworn affidavit and/or assist the police in their investigation. SuperCard’s decision on the outcome of the dispute, based on the evidence presented, shall be final and binding.

3. Validity and Expiry of Card Value

3.1. Minimum Validity Period

In compliance with Section 63 of the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), any monetary value loaded onto the SuperCard (whether by initial issue, cash deposit, or bank card transfer) shall remain valid for a minimum period of three (3) years.

3.2. Expiry and Dormancy Conditions

The SuperCard and any monetary value loaded onto it will remain active and valid and will only transition to a Dormant State on the date which is the earlier of the following two conditions:

  • The Card remains active for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last activity on the Card (being the date of the most recent top-up, deposit, or redemption/purchase transaction), or such longer period as SuperCard may, at its sole discretion, agree to.
  • The Card is formally cancelled by the Cardholder, or its use is suspended or terminated by SuperCard, in accordance with the provisions in Section 8.3.

3.3. Reactivation of Dormant Cards

Upon transition to a Dormant State after the period specified in Section 3.2, the Card account and associated funds will be archived, but the balance will remain the property of the Cardholder. To reactivate a Dormant Card, the Cardholder must generate a formal request via the dedicated support phone line: 0800 333 991. SuperCard reserves the right to verify the identity of the Cardholder before reactivating the Card or transferring any archived funds. SuperCard will not charge any fees for the reactivation of a Dormant Card account.

3.4. Prohibition of Cash Redemption and Residual Value (CPA Compliant)

The SuperCard operates strictly as a closed-loop payment instrument for the purchase of goods and services at participating retailers. The value loaded is not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn at any retailer or ATM during the minimum validity period (Section 3.1). The Card value can only be redeemed by making purchases at participating retailers until the balance is fully depleted.

Residual Value and Redemption (CPA Section 63): In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Section 63, any consideration paid by the Cardholder remains their property. If the Card has been dormant for longer than the three (3) year minimum validity period specified in Section 3.1, the Cardholder may formally request a refund of the residual value. Such a refund will be subject to a reasonable administrative charge levied by SuperCard for processing the refund request and account closure.

3.5. Residual Value and Fee Deduction

Any consideration paid by the Cardholder in exchange for the loading of value onto the SuperCard remains the property of the Cardholder to the extent that SuperCard has not redeemed it in exchange for goods or services. Subject to the Annual Renewal Fee outlined in Section 1.4 or the Monthly Admin Fee outlined in Section 8.5(c), SuperCard will not charge any other fees against or permit the early expiry of any residual balance remaining on the Card during its validity period. The deduction of the applicable fees constitutes an authorised transaction against the Card’s balance.

3.6. Procedure in the Event of Death

In the event of the death of the Cardholder, SuperCard requires a letter of authority from the Master of the High Court. This letter must be supplied by the Executor of the deceased’s estate to initiate the formal process for the claim and transfer or redemption of any residual funds on the Card.

4. Account Information and Statements

4.1. Balance Enquiry Methods

The Cardholder is responsible for monitoring their available balance and transaction history. The balance of the SuperCard may be checked using the following methods:

  • Retailer POS: Balance can be checked in-store at the participating retailer’s till point upon request.
  • SuperCard Kiosk: Balance can be checked at any dedicated SuperCard kiosk in store by approaching the promoter and requesting assistance.
  • SuperCard Mobile App: The Cardholder can view their current balance and a detailed transaction history at any time via the official SuperCard Mobile App.

4.2. Transaction Records

The Cardholder acknowledges that the Mobile App provides a primary record of transactions and that SuperCard is not obliged to provide physical statements, except where required by law. The Cardholder should refer to Section 2.1 for responsibilities regarding the retention of physical till slips.

5. Account Limits and Restrictions

5.1. Card Loading Limits

The Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that limits are placed on the amount of monetary value that can be loaded onto the SuperCard within a given period. These limits are subject to change by SuperCard upon reasonable notice.

  • The minimum recommended amount that can be loaded onto the SuperCard per transaction is R50.00 (fifty South African Rand).
  • Maximum Deposit Limit (Daily): The Cardholder acknowledges that SuperCard is obligated to inform them that, as a cardholder, they cannot make any cash deposit that exceeds R5000 as a single transaction, per day
  • Maximum Aggregate Limit (Monthly): The maximum aggregate amount that can be loaded onto the SuperCard (both Primary Card and Gift Card) per calendar month is R25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand South African Rand) per associated account user. The Cardholder confirms that this amount may not exceed R25 000 per month, and accepts this limit.

5.2. Transaction Limits

While SuperCard does not impose fees on individual transactions (Section 1.2), the ability to transact is subject to the available balance on the SuperCard at the time of purchase, and any single-transaction limits imposed by the participating retailer’s point-of-sale system.

5.3. Usage Restriction

The SuperCard operates strictly as a closed-loop card and can only be used to purchase goods and services from participating retailers within the closed-loop network. It cannot be used for:

  • Cash withdrawals.
  • Purchases of goods on the internet or for services over the telephone.
  • Purchases outside of the closed-loop network.
  • Interchange with any other payment system or card network.

6. Rebate Programme and Financial Provisions

6.1. Rebate Programme Participation

The SuperCard Rebate Programme is an exclusive benefit and is only applicable to select Cardholder profiles that meet specific criteria determined by SuperCard. Participation in the Rebate Programme is subject to these Terms and Conditions and may be withdrawn or modified by SuperCard with reasonable notice.

6.2. Earning Rebates

  • Applicability: Rebates are only earned on qualifying purchases made at designated participating retailers that are specifically linked to the Cardholder’s profile.
  • Rebate Calculation: The rebate is calculated as a percentage of the total value spent on the Card during a calendar month at the designated participating retailers. This percentage may vary depending on the retailer and the Cardholder’s profile.
  • Non-Qualifying Transactions: Rebates are not earned on any fees, charges, card loading/top-up amounts, or transactions made at retailers outside of the designated rebate network.

6.3. Rebate Payment

  • Payment Schedule: The total earned rebate amount for the preceding month will be automatically paid back (loaded) as a top-up onto the Cardholder’s SuperCard balance on or about the 5th day of the following calendar month. No Cash Value: Earned rebates have no separate cash value and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Once loaded, they form part of the Card’s monetary value and are subject to all usage restrictions (Section 5.3).

6.4. Financial Provisions

  • No Interest: The Cardholder acknowledges that the SuperCard is a prepaid payment instrument and not a banking account. You will not be paid interest on the funds in the card.
  • Forfeiture: Rebate entitlements may be immediately forfeited if the Cardholder’s account is suspended or terminated due to fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.5. Validity Reference

All funds on the Card, including earned rebates, are subject to the Card’s overall Expiry and Dormancy Conditions.

7. Registration, Account Holding, and Consent

7.1. Cardholder Identity and Registration (FICA/KYC)

By activating and using the SuperCard, the Cardholder confirms that they have completed the required registration process. The information requested, specifically your ID/Passport, is collected to comply with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) requirements for ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) processes and anti-money laundering regulations.

By registering with SuperCard, the Cardholder specifically agrees to the following:

  • The Cardholder is a South African resident, 18 years and older, and fully understands the agreement entered with SuperCard. If a passport was used, the Cardholder consents they are 18 years or older.
  • The Cardholder has produced their Identification document (ID) during registration and affirms that all information provided is personally related to them alone.
  • The Cardholder must provide a valid South African ID number or Passport number that is solely owned by the Cardholder.
  • The Cardholder agrees that the information provided during the registration process or thereafter is accurate and up to date.
  • SuperCard confirms it has provided reasonable and sufficient information which assists the Cardholder in making an informed decision when registering their card.
  • The Cardholder must provide and maintain a current phone number, email address, and physical residential address, as these details are mandatory for compliance and account management.
  • The Cardholder must produce this verified identification number upon making any enquiry regarding the Cardholder’s personal SuperCard account.

7.2. Fund Holding and Security Guarantee

The Cardholder expressly consents and authorises SuperCard to allocate and hold the funds loaded onto their Card into a holding account managed with FNB (First National Bank) on the Cardholder’s behalf. The Cardholder understands and accepts that these funds, while held in the FNB holding account, are guaranteed by SuperCard for the Cardholder’s security. This fund holding arrangement does not establish a banking relationship between the Cardholder and FNB.

7.3. Data Protection (POPIA Compliance) and Information Access (PAIA) Openness and Purpose:

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder consents to the processing of their personal information for the explicitly defined, lawful purposes of (i) FICA and KYC compliance, (ii) managing their Card account, and (iii) processing transactions.

Marketing Communications and Data Sharing (POPIA Compliant):

The Cardholder’s personal information may be used by SuperCard to provide marketing communications only where separate, explicit, and opt-in consent has been granted by the Cardholder.

Transfer to Authorised Retail Partners: Where such separate consent has been granted for marketing, the Cardholder specifically consents to SuperCard transferring and sharing their personal information (including, but not limited to, name, contact details, and aggregated purchase data) with its Authorised Retail Partners (e.g., SPAR stores) for the sole purpose of enabling those partners to provide direct marketing communications, offers, and promotions.

The Cardholder agrees and consents to the use of their personal information in line with SuperCard’s relationship with the SPAR stores in South Africa. The Cardholder further understands that their personal information will remain confidential and that it will not by any means be exploited or sold for financial gain. The Cardholder retains the right to withdraw this marketing consent at any time via the SuperCard Mobile App or Customer Service Hotline 0800 333 991.

Data Subject Rights:

In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the Cardholder has the right to:

  • Access: Request access to any record of their personal information held by SuperCard (Section 23 of POPIA).
  • Correction/Deletion: Request the correction, destruction, or deletion of personal information that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, or obtained unlawfully (Section 24 of POPIA).
  • Object: Object to the processing of personal information on reasonable grounds (Section 11(3) of POPIA).
  • Complaint: Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) regarding SuperCard’s interference with the protection of their personal information (Section 74 of POPIA).

Details regarding data processing are set out in the separate SuperCard Privacy Policy. The Cardholder has the right to request access to records held by SuperCard in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

8. General Provisions, Suspension, and Termination

8.1. Acceptance of Terms

The Cardholder acknowledges that by choosing to use the electronic stamp system, our website and mobile application, they are subject to all current versions of these Terms and Conditions. By reading these terms, you are limited in your ability to recover any losses you may incur.

8.2. Changes to Terms and Conditions

SuperCard may change its Terms and Conditions from time to time. The Cardholder must read these before applying for any of our products, services, or continuing with the use thereof. SuperCard will provide the Cardholder with reasonable advance notice (20 business days) of any material changes. If a material change is detrimental to the Cardholder, the Cardholder will have the right to cancel the agreement without penalty before the change takes effect. Continued use of the SuperCard after the effective date of the amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These terms are in effect to exercise SuperCard’s rights and comply with its duties in respect of any products or services provided to the Cardholder.

8.3. Suspension and Termination

SuperCard uses strict monitoring controls and therefore reserves the right to suspend, archive or block the Cardholder’s account if any suspicious activity is detected, relating to the account. This includes being handed over for investigation. SuperCard reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Cardholder’s account immediately and without prior notice in the event of:

  • Suspected illegal, fraudulent, false, or misleading activity.
  • Activity that involves impersonating someone else or manipulating information.
  • Activity that involves inappropriate or illegal content or material.
  • Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

8.4. Cardholder Obligations and Limited Indemnity (CPA Compliance)

The Cardholder agrees and understands that they are the sole owner of the Card and the only person making cash deposits into the Card. The Cardholder will not be paid interest on the funds in the card.

  • Indemnity on Cash Deposits: The Cardholder agrees not to let anyone else handle their cash when making a deposit, other than the cashier whom they oversee when money enters the cash register. The Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that SuperCard is indemnified from any irregular activity or loss that may occur while the cash is in the Cardholder’s possession or under the Cardholder’s direct control and oversight, provided that such loss is not due to SuperCard’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or system failure.
  • Oversight Disclaimer: SuperCard is absolved from any discrepancy relating back to the Cardholder’s oversight, where a cash deposit has been made with their oversight, including that of using the Stokvel Management System, where a store employee has assisted the Cardholder and not a SuperCard staff member.

8.5. SuperCard Gift Cards (Reloadable Product)

This section applies specifically to the reloadable SuperCard Gift Card product, which is intended primarily for gifting purposes and is distinct from the primary, registered SuperCard product (Sections 1.1 and 7.1).

  • (a) Definition and Initial Cost: A SuperCard Gift Card is a reloadable, prepaid certificate or card issued by SuperCard. There is no initial cost for the purchase or activation of a Gift Card.
  • (b) Loading and Limits: The Gift Card can be loaded with any flexible amount, provided the aggregate loading value does not exceed the R25,000.00 monthly maximum limit detailed in Section 5.1.
  • (c) Fees and Registration: Gift Cards are not subject to the Initial Registration Fee (Section 1.1). A R2.00 (two South African Rand) monthly administration fee will be levied against the Gift Card balance, commencing on the first day of the calendar month following the second successful deposit or reload onto the card. The recipient is generally not required to comply with the FICA/KYC registration requirements (Section 7.1), unless the initial load value exceeds a regulatory threshold that mandates identity verification.
  • (d) Validity and Redemption: The monetary value loaded onto a Gift Card is subject to the same minimum validity period of three (3) years as set out in Section 3.1, and the provisions regarding cash redemption in Section 3.4 apply equally to the Gift Card.
  • (e) Record-Keeping and Loss: The Gift Card is treated as cash. The consumer of a Gift Card must retain till slips or deposit receipts as proof of deposit/load. SuperCard cannot guarantee the replacement or recovery of funds if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, especially in the absence of the till slips necessary to verify the balance or transaction history.

8.6. Notification of Security Compromises (POPIA)

Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the personal information of a Cardholder has been accessed or acquired by any unauthorised person, SuperCard shall notify the Cardholder and the Information Regulator as soon as reasonably possible, in compliance with POPIA Section 22.

8.7. Limitation of Liability and Third-Parties

SuperCard does not control any third-party systems in the store and therefore distance ourselves from any associated concerns, problems, or malfunction of any kind. SuperCard will not accept responsibility for the faults of a third-party company.

8.8. Regulatory Disclaimer (FICA/Banks Act)

The Cardholder acknowledges that the SuperCard is a prepaid, closed-loop payment instrument and does not constitute a deposit under the Banks Act, 1990, or a credit agreement under the National Credit Act, 2005.

8.9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Scope and Refund Principles

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which SuperCard will process a refund or reversal of funds related to the SuperCard product. Refunds are only issued in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and these Terms and Conditions. The Cardholder acknowledges that the SuperCard is a closed-loop redemption instrument, and the primary method of utilising loaded value is through the purchase of goods and services at participating retailers (Section 3.4).

9.2. Refund of Initial Fees and Card Load Failures

  • Initial Registration Fee (Primary Card): The R40.00 Initial Registration Fee is non-refundable, except where SuperCard is unable to activate the Primary Card due to technical failure or system error. In this specific case, the fee will be refunded to the purchaser.
  • Gift Card Initial Cost: As there is no initial cost for the Gift Card (Section 8.5(a)), no refund is applicable.
  • Failed Load/Deposit: If a deposit (cash or electronic) is confirmed by the Cardholder’s bank (if applicable) but fails to load onto the SuperCard account due to a SuperCard system error, SuperCard will investigate and process a full refund of the failed load amount, provided the Cardholder submits verifiable proof of deposit.

9.3. Refund of Residual Card Value (CPA Section 63)

The process for refunding the residual balance of the SuperCard is governed by the conditions set out in Section 3.4.

  • Refund Condition: A refund of the residual monetary value may be requested only after the Card has been dormant for longer than the minimum three (3) year validity period (Section 3.1).
  • Procedure: Requests must be submitted formally to SuperCard’s customer support.
  • Administrative Charge: Any refund of residual value under this clause will be subject to the deduction of a reasonable administrative charge levied by SuperCard for the account closure and refund processing, as permitted by the CPA (Section 3.4).

9.4. Account Termination and CPA Right to Cancel

  • Termination by Cardholder (Prior to Dormancy): In compliance with the CPA, if a Cardholder of a registered Primary Card chooses to cancel the agreement and requests a refund of the residual balance prior to the 3-year dormancy period, SuperCard may process the refund, subject to the deduction of the administrative charge defined in Section 9.3.
  • Termination by SuperCard (Due to Breach): If SuperCard terminates the account due to the Cardholder’s breach, fraudulent, or illegal activity (Section 8.3), any legitimate residual funds loaded by the Cardholder will be subject to refund, less the administrative charge, only after a full internal investigation has cleared the funds. Funds confirmed to be derived from fraudulent or illegal activity will be immediately forfeited and may be handed over to relevant authorities.

9.5. Disputed or Unauthorised Transaction Refunds

Refunds for disputed or unauthorised transactions are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in Section 2.5.

  • If SuperCard’s investigation confirms an unauthorised transaction occurred after the Card was successfully reported lost/stolen (Section 2.3(b)), SuperCard will reverse the transaction and restore the amount to the Card balance.
  • SuperCard is not responsible for refunding transactions resulting from the Cardholder’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to comply with Section 2.1.

9.6. Gift Card Refunds

Refunds for SuperCard Gift Cards are limited due to their non-registered nature.

  • Initial Load Refund: The initial load value is refundable only to the purchaser if the card is proven to be faulty or un-activatable by SuperCard’s system, and provided the purchaser retains the original proof of purchase.
  • Remaining Value: Remaining value is non-refundable, except where the card meets the three (3) year dormancy condition, at which point the residual value provisions (Section 9.3) apply to the last known purchaser/holder, provided proof of purchase is available (Section 8.5(e)).

10. Regulatory and E-Commerce Compliance

10.1. Plain Language Statement (CPA Section 22) SuperCard confirms that these Terms and Conditions, including all notices and disclosures provided to the Cardholder, are drafted in plain language and structured to meet the requirements of Section 22 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). It is reasonable to conclude that an ordinary consumer, with average literacy skills and minimal experience in this subject matter, could be expected to understand the content, significance, and import of this document without undue effort.

10.2. Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) Applicability By utilising the SuperCard Mobile App or website for electronic transactions (including but not limited to registration, balance inquiry, and loading value), the Cardholder acknowledges that these activities are subject to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

10.3. Review and Error Correction (ECTA Section 43) Prior to the final submission of any electronic transaction (such as loading value via the Mobile App), SuperCard will provide the Cardholder with an opportunity to review the transaction, correct any errors, and withdraw from the transaction before final confirmation. SuperCard shall not be liable for any errors or losses resulting from the Cardholder’s failure to utilise this correction mechanism.

10.4. Security of Electronic Payment Systems (ECTA Section 43) SuperCard affirms that it utilises a payment system for all electronic card funding methods (including the 3D Secure Gateway in Section 1.3(c)) that is sufficiently secure with reference to accepted technological standards, as required by ECTA.

10.5. Information to be Provided (ECTA Section 43) SuperCard will ensure that all essential information regarding its business and the SuperCard service is readily accessible on its website or mobile application, including but not limited to its full legal name, physical address, contact details, membership of any self-regulatory or accreditation bodies, and a full description of the main characteristics of the goods or services offered (the SuperCard).
